Herbert Protocol (Dementia Support)

South Yorkshire Police have a brilliant information gathering tool called the Herbert Protocol.

It's designed to be completed by family/friends or carers of a person with Dementia.

This will enable the police to make a swifter response if the person goes missing, as they will have all the key information.
