Impact of Covid on Older People

Age UK has published a report on the impact of the pandemic on older people, exploring the effects on their physical and mental health, how they have coped with loneliness and isolation as well as loss bereavement and grief.  The report is based on research from February 2021 and follow's Age UK's first report, published in October 2020.  This first report drew on analysis carried out that summer as restrictions following the first lockdown were beginning to ease.
