Domestic Abuse Risk Assessment

There is a brand new DASH Domestic Abuse risk assessment form which is now being used in Sheffield. From now on please use this edition of the form. It has been designed to include more prompts and questions to get a deeper insight into any abuse being perpetrated, and will also aid us to ask more questions about how the abuse is affecting children.

Policy Context

The Domestic Abuse Act 2021 marks a significant step forwards and should transform our response to domestic abuse, which affected 2.3m people in England and Wales in 2019-20.
