New: Professional Curiosity Resource Pack
The Professional Curiosity resource pack has been designed by the Children's Safeguarding Partnership to help front-line practitioners and managers (working with adults and/or children) in gaining a greater awareness of the topic and to support, guide and signpost to local and national resources and multi-agency training. It aims to foster open discussions, highlight strengths and focus on solutions to improve practice.
The expectation is that you use this resource pack:
- in team meetings,
- to reflect as part of supervisions,
- for personal professional development.
